What is Sound Healing and Energy Medicine?

Sound Healing is vibrational healing and can be understood as energy medicine. It is the use of non-invasive, subtle energies to create balance and alignment in the physical body, emotional body, energy centers and etheric fields.

Energy medicine gives us the opportunity to pick up information from the energy fields before it shows up in the body. Discordant cells can be cleared and corrective healing frequencies received. Our chakras, meridians and energy fields feed our bodies and must be kept in balance and in alignment.

Sound healing and energy therapy offer a holistic approach to wholeness and health on all levels of our being by addressing the CORE issues and root causes of dis-harmony rather than the symptoms. They provide healing of body, mind, and spirit which is true healing on all levels of our being.

Our thoughts and feelings not only produce molecules in the brain but throughout our body, meaning our immune systems and our health are directly affected by our attitudes and state of mind. When we have difficulties in our lives, we tend to hold unresolved energies in our aura; this creates blockages in our energy field which depletes our vitality and can lead to illness and/or pain.

If they are not healed, body trauma and emotions are remembered and accumulated in the body. They must be cleared at the cellular level.

We live in a world of energy vibrating at different frequencies. This vibration holds form. All energy in the body is vibrating at different frequencies as well. All frequencies create sound.

Sound healing trans-forms through clearing discordant frequencies and then activating or introducing new higher frequencies. Our bodies are 75 - 95% water. Water carries frequency in the body. Through entrainment, resonance of energy is transferred and new higher sound frequencies are instantly broadcast to every cell in the body. Sound heals at the cellular level.

In sound healing, we use intention with sound to create a cleansing at the cellular level and return balance and harmony to all parts of our being.
