My
focus as a sound healer, energy medicine therapist and counselor
is to empower ourselves to awaken into full self-expression as
conscious co-creators. I do this by teaching self-empowering tools
and techniques for self-healing so that we can better manage our
own health and wellness on all levels of our being.
Our
essence and our birthright is joy, bliss, and ecstacy. We are
born with self-love and self-acceptance.
Our
emotions affect our state of consciousness which directly affects
every cell, organ and system in our body. Uplifting feelings create
health; repressed negative emotions that are held in our energy
field create discomfort, pain, and disease.
As
we develop, our innate self-esteem and creative self-expression
are often obscured by programming from our culture. Over time,
we form limiting beliefs about ourselves that are not true. These
develop from judgments, guilt, and shame that has been passed
down for centuries. We begin to doubt ourselves, our inner knowing
and our path in order to fit in and be accepted.
The
price we pay is a loss of faith in ourselves and our future and
often times, poor health.
The
good news is that many of us are tired of this state of affairs.
We are yearning for more in our lives.
According
to the latest scientific research, the brain has the ability to
change at any moment. Therefore, it is never too late. In any
moment, we can take responsibility for our lives and choose, through
the power of conscious intention, to CHANGE and return to our
true essence.
In
my work as a sound healer, energy therapist, and noetic field
counselor, we work at a cellular level. We release stagnant energies
and limiting core beliefs from the energy-field that impede the
realization of our destiny. These obstacles become opportunities
and healing agents for transformation. Our wounds become sources
of power, love, and compassion.
All
that is happening on our planet is setting the stage and creating
the opportunity for each of us to awaken to our authentic selves
now. It is time to leave the past behind, to let go of limiting
forms, patterns, and beliefs. We are ready to move forward into
a new life of gratitude and appreciation, love and bliss, ecstacy
and joy, prosperity and meaning.
It
is time for us to fulfill our heart’s desires, do what we
came here to do and offer our creative gifts to the world. In
so doing, we can create enduring, vibrant health and wellness
for ourselves and on our planet. As conscious co-creators, world
peace and personal healing are now within our reach.
We
must learn to slow down and go within. To create a world that
will nourish us and our children, we must place our healing work
at the top of our priority list. It is time for us to re-connect
with Spirit through pursuing our personal spiritual growth.
When
we learn to listen in spiritual stillness, we can hear the messages
from our heart and soul, we find peace within, the next step on
our path becomes clear and we are given all we need to awaken
to our highest and fullest expressions and manifest our dreams.
My
mission is to call those who are ready to awaken and assist them
in coming into full expression NOW. This process of unfoldment
is often challenging and sometimes feels like confusion and chaos
as we step from one way of being into another. We are in the processs
of trans-forming, changing from who we thought we were into self-realized
authentic beings, healthy, joyful and ALIVE.
One
way we can empower ourselves during these amazing times of
activation is by coming together in groups. There is great power
in
gathering together with focused intention. Our individual work
is
speeded up by the increased energy of the group. Our results are
magnified by the sacred power of Love. The personal and planetary
healing benefits us all.
Another
way that we can accelerate our process is to receive support and
assistance through individual healing sessions. Together, we show
up, asking for the highest good. Together, we trust the path that
unfolds before us, leading the way to our next step on this sacred
journey of awakening.
